Refund policy
Some items are non-refundable, as noted in their descriptions.
We hope you’re happy with your order, but if for any reason you’re not, you can return any item in its original condition within 20 working days of delivery for a full refund.
We’re only responsible for returned items once we get them back in their original condition and packaging. After we receive your return, we’ll check it over and figure out the right refund, which will cover what you paid for the goods but not the postage—unless the return is because of defects or mistakes on our part, as explained below. The refund will be credited to your payment card through our website.
If you return the goods due to defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery, please notify us within 5 days for a complete refund.
