About Oushak Rugs

Oushak rugs (pronounced ooh-shack) trace their origins to the city of Uşak in Turkey's Anatolian region, where weavers have been crafting them since the 15th century. The tradition continues today— each piece hand-knotted using natural wool and vegetable-derived dyes that produce the signature soft, earthy palette Oushaks are beloved for. Geometric motifs and an open field design make them endlessly versatile.
